Title: Thin Ice
Description: Nitrome, the king of casual gaming with unique arcade style gameplay never fail to impress me. The guys from nitrome have release another amazing casual games, thin ice. You play as an ice skater, but your playing ground is threatened by the overwhelming yeti. You have to draw a circle around them and make these yeti drop into the death cold pond. Freeze all moving things except from you to unlock new levels. Don't fall into the ice you cut yourself, or you will lose 25% of your total health. The game graphics uses the same arcade style like always, everything is beautifully drawn with pixel art and the retro music is just as amazing. Game's interface is fluid, simply hold down the mouse left button and move in any direction, your skater will follow right behind you. Beside freezing yeti, you can also pick up items on the field which gives you points. The game provides an enjoyable experience but not without some minor kinks. The speed of the trail is equal to your skater which often i found myself chasing the trail to close the circle. It's quite frustrating at time.
