And they produce real high quality flash games with pixel graphics, retro music and unique gameplay. I dare to say up until now none of their games fail me, it's fun to play at least. Rustyard is no exception, and I have to say they finally improve their 8 bit music which I always found annoying. You can find my earlier review of Nitrome flash games and you will see most of my complaints are on the music side. Actually the music is really good, it's just a waste they made it 8 bit. And I can't stand that at all. But in Rustyard, I found it rather pleasing to open the music and play. It's good, but still it gets old and a little repetitive later. However, Nitrome still kept the function for you to turn on or off the music anytime you wish. Nitrome have a lot of developer making games for them, Rustyard is the creator Ice Breaker & Onekey. And you will find many resemblance to Onekey. The gamelpay is basically the same, you use mouse to manipulate objects objects on the screen and help the robot to reach the battery charger at the end of the screen, so it could survive and continue his journey to the next level. As always, the first few level are acting as tutorial level. But that doesn't mean you won't die, it's just easier and you will find many helpful tutorial on screen to guide you. You can find your robot health at the top of the screen with 3 green bar. Each time the robot step on spike or other traps it will lose one life. But some mistake can be deadly, I tried it and crashed my robot instantly with the metal door while playing with the wheel. The robot move automatically and will turn back when it hit the wall, it will also jump over short objects. Before the level start, you can first browse through the whole area and read every tutorial before you set the robot free. That would make your journey safer and easier. The difficult puzzle element in the game is to find out how to get the shinny spare fuse in each level. It often require some thinking and trouble to get it. If you are a perfectionalist, you may want to try getting all secret fuse in all levels.
