Description: Every Mateusz fans the creator of the famous Submachine and Covert Front series must have been wondering what he is been up to recently. It's been a while since he made some large point and click adventure flash games for us, all the while it has been some short but sweet escape games such as the Great Escape series and the 10 Gnomes from last year. Here's his answer, the sequel of The Fog Fall. The story continues right after you left the shelter in previous games which brings you to a huge open after apocalyptic world. The games feels right in place when you are out of the bunker. It'll definitely remind you of Fallout in an instant and I'm sure this game was inspired by the classic series. In the past works of Mateusz Skutnik, it was escape games without any interaction with living things. You would be searching around objects in some deserted places. The Fog Fall 2 opens up new idea to the old escape games, it's more like a point and click adventure games this time around. The core gameplay is still the same, searching around the town and looks for items and clues. So be prepared to search every corner in the town and examine every objects you find. In the town, you will find some townsfolk that could give you a hand or two, but if you ask me, they'd be a lot more helpful if they'd just give up the items they have. You would be required to search for what they need and bring it back in exchange for their items. The artwork is the same Mateusz style with sketchy and novel feel to it. The Fog Fall 2 seemed to be much easier than its predecessor and you could probably finish the story in an hours or less depends on your puzzle solving skills. Maybe Mateusz are starting to get used to his more easy Escape games series recently? Nevertheless, Mateusz didn't disappoint us with his new release, even though it might not be the one you would expected. It's still one great adventure games you shouldn't miss. Just hope we don't have to wait too long for Mateusz to bring us more large adventure games. You just got to love his unique style and the tough puzzles he made.
